EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All our products are fully exchangable and refundable within 1 month from the order placemente date.

IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOUR SHOES, THE GOODS SHOULD BE SENT BACK IN RESEALABLE AND UNWORN CONDITIONS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WE RECOMMEND TO TRY YOUR SHOES ON A SOFT OR CARPETED SURFACE.

  1. Send an email to contact@beyton.com with EXCHANGE or REFUND + the order number as subject. In your email, please include your order number again, the item you want to Exchange/return and the reason why. In case of Exchange, indicate the new selected item and size.
  2. Send the goods unworn and in perfect conditions in its original packaging (box and cloth bag) to our showroom:

  3. Once we´ve received the goods and are approved, we´ll send you the new ítem back in case of exchange. In case of returns, we will refund the full value using the same method as the original payment. You´ll be notified by
    email.

* Shipping costs for exchanges are FREE within Spain (Península Ibérica). For more than one exchange, the clients are responsible for the shipping charges.

**For international orders, clients are responsible for shipping charges.

*** We do not accept refunds within the sales period. However, you can exchange your product, or enjoy a credit valid for 1 year.
